Our story is a journey of ardent jaggery user to being the innovator of 4th Form of Jaggery. Our Co-Founder and Innovator of Instantly Dissolvable Jaggery Cubes, Yojna Bhardwaj always tried to stay away from Refined Sugar and used jaggery in her cup of tea, coffee, milk, curd, lassi, kheer, halwa etc.
During her journey of more than a decade using jaggery, she tried various techniques to make the use of jaggery convenient in her life and to preserve it in a way which could prevent it from developing microbial activity.
But she couldn't find any readily available solutions. She also found that majority of the people talk about jaggery as a healthier alternative to the refined sugar but in practice they don't use jaggery in their daily routine because it's not convenient to use in this modern lifestyle.
So she took it as a challenge and in 2021, it all started with a BIG question, how to make Jaggery's natural sweetness more convenient for modern lifestyles? This question set in motion a journey of research, innovation and dedication that would ultimately lead to the creation of the world's first instant-dissolving jaggery cubes, especially in beverages such as tea, coffee, milk etc.
Our team of experts decided to find a solution and began a journey of experimentation and innovation.
We explored various techniques and technologies and worked to find a way to convert jaggery into instant soluble solid cubes that are convenient, hygienic and capable of retaining the nutrients of Jaggery.
The biggest challenge we faced during our research was to avoid the addition of chemicals or binders in the production of jaggery cubes, as we always wanted to serve our global customers with 100% certified organic jaggery cubes without any chemicals, preservatives or artificial colors.
After years of research, we finally reached our goal. Raw Jaggery cubes that dissolve instantly in hot or cold liquids without constant stirring. This breakthrough not only made jaggery more convenient to use but also preserved its natural goodness and taste.
The Patent Office of India recognized our efforts by accepting it as a new invention and granting us a patent for our instant dissolution cube manufacturing. The World Intellectual Property Organization (WIPO) also recognized our invention as novel in its written statement. During our research trip, we also discovered that jaggery made from sugarcane is better for tea and other hot/cold drinks, while jaggery made from coconut sap is better for a coffee & other beverages because it has a more caramelized and smoky flavour. Therefore we prepared instantly dissolvable jaggery cubes made from sugarcane jaggery as "Tea sweetener" and instantly dissolvable jaggery cubes made from coconut jaggery as "coffee sweetener.
But our journey did not end there. We knew that in order to bring our innovation to the world, we had to ensure that our jaggery cubes were not only convenient, but also of high quality. That is why we have worked tirelessly to source the best certified organic ingredients and adhere to the highest quality standards in our production process. Today, we are proud to offer our customers a sweet revolution in the form of instant dissolving jaggery cubes. Our cubes are not just a product, they are the result of years of research, innovation and dedication to bring the natural sweetness of jaggery to the modern world.
